Q What is your delivery time?

A Machine below 35T will finish during 7-10 days based on common configuration; Machine during 45T to 85T will finish within 20 days based on common configuration; Machine above 120T will have more than 30 production days.

Q What payment terms are available?

A At least 30% deposit, balance before shipment and after customer’s inspection.

Q What is your export port and price term?

A Usually our price is based on FOB Shenzhen, if you need another port and other price term, pls inform in advance.

Q What is your machine warranty period?

A 1 year after BL on board time.

Q What is your after-service?

A Within warranty period, we offer free spare parts for broken ones. Our engineer can serve at customer’s factory if customer provide all cost caused by abroad trip. We offer free on line service during machine life.

Q Do you offer customized service?

A If you provide your samples, we can customize machines for you and offer our scheme for your confirmation first.

Q What are differences between horizontal machine and vertical machine?

A Machine clamping method is different, horizontal clamping machine is easy to take out products from mold, which can save worker on this procedure. Vertical clamping machine is aim to products with inserts.
